Born 5/9/60, graduated of William S. Hart High School 1978, received Associate of Arts degree from C.O.C. in 1981 and A.B.A. in physical education from Cal State Northridge in 1983. Has been full time equipment manager at Ventura College since January 1985. Peder became a nationally certified equipment manager in 1994. Has been selected as District 9 Junior College Equipment Manager of the Year twice, once 1999 and the other in 2003.
